π C) Item Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the purchase date, we will consider it lost. Depending on the status of your order, we will offer you a replacement or a partial refund.

π Important Information About Returns
πΈ We do not offer free returns and do not have a return address in Europe. Our warehouse is located in Asia to support an eco-friendly, centralized logistics system.
πΈ Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse in Asia. Returning to another address may result in package loss or destruction, which means we cannot process a refund.
πΈ Return shipping costs to Asia can be expensive (starting at β¬25). The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A refund will be issued only after the returned item is received and approved.
π Delayed Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders within 15 days of purchase, but unexpected factors like logistics or stock availability may cause delays.
We cannot issue refunds for delayed shipments if the item arrives after a specific event, holiday, or occasion.
β Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
