  • Remote communication technology: A means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and the entrepreneur being physically present in the same space simultaneously.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not possible, it will be indicated that the terms can be reviewed at the entrepreneur’s location or will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the contract is concluded electronically, these terms will be provided electronically in a format that allows easy storage and retrieval.

If specific product or service conditions apply alongside these terms, the consumer may always rely on the most favorable provision in case of contradictions.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or voided, the rest of the contract and terms remain in force, and the affected clause will be replaced by a legally valid equivalent.

  • Security & Privacy: If the agreement is electronic, the entrepreneur ensures secure data transfer and safe payment methods.
  • The entrepreneur has the right to deny an order if the consumer does not meet payment obligations or if other relevant factors justify rejection.
  • Upon purchase, the consumer will receive:

    βœ” Information on the right of withdrawal (if applicable)
    βœ” Product warranty and after-sales service details

  • Consumers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
  • During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care and return it in its original condition.
  • To withdraw, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days via email. The consumer must return the product within another 14 days and provide proof of shipment.

If the consumer fails to notify withdrawal or return the item within the timeframes, the purchase is final.

  • The consumer bears the return shipping costs.
  • If a refund applies, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Consumers can cancel an indefinite subscription at any time with one month’s notice.
